Almond-Crusted Mahi Mahi
(Quinoa on the side)
This has to be one of the best meals that I have made thus far and it is really easy!
Watcha Need:
zest & juice of one lemon
2 cups almond slices
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 mahi mahi fillets

2 mahi mahi fillets
How ya make it:
1) Preheat oven to 350
2)Put almond meal, salt and pepper and some lemon in a ziplock bag.
3) Rinse and pat fish dry. Once Fish is dry add it to the zip lock bag and SHAKE IT UP!!
4) Grab a small pan, layer it with foil, pray with pam and place fish on top.
(make sure you use all the lemon juice, almond slices and season that are left it the ziplock)
4) Place in over and let it bake for about 27min or till ready.
5) ENJOY!!!
