Apple Chips
Whatca Need:
1) Green Apple
2) Corer
3) Cinnamon
How ya make it:
1) Corer the Apple
2) Set oven to 250
2) Slice the apple into thin pieces
3) Spray pan/foil paper with Pam
4) Spread the apple slices equally in the pan
5) Sprinkle Cinnamon
6) Place in oven for 45-1 hour
(Check on them and make sure they don't burn)
7) TAKE THEM OUT AND EAT!!!
Paleo Orange
Chicken and Sweet Potato Circles
HOW YA MAKE IT:
1 lb. boneless,
skinless chicken thighs (cut into bite size pieces)
3 T fat (coconut oil works well here)
juice of 2 oranges
zest from 1 orange
1 t fresh ginger
3 T coconut aminos or wheat-free soy sauce
1 t chili garlic sauce or sriracha
3 green onions, chopped

How Ya Make It:
1) In a medium size sauce pot, add the orange
juice, zest, ginger, coconut aminos and chili garlic sauce or sriracha.
2) Set over medium heat and let simmer to reduce and thicken while the chicken cooks.
3) In a saute pan, heat 3 T of the fat of your choice, over medium high heat.
4) Add the chopped chicken thighs and cook until a nice brown crust has developed on the chicken pieces, about 6 minutes.
5) Add the chicken to the sauce pot and stir to coat with the orange sauce.
6) Chop the Green Onions and sprinkle ontop
7) ENJOY IT!!!
